Requirements:
- You must be at least 15½
to take your temps test
- Prior to taking your State Exam
you must have 50 hours of driving time (including 10 hours at night)
- You need to have your temporary
permit for at least 6 months prior to taking your State Exam
General Information:
- A temporary permit holder over
the age of 16 may drive with any licensed driver over the age of 21
- A temporary permit holder between
the age of 15½ and 16 may only drive with a Parent, Legal Guardian
or Instructor
